  • Contact information and identifiers, such as name, address, phone number, email address, government assigned identifier, or bank account number;
  • Demographic information, such as date of birth, gender, and marital status;

ReedGroup’s Commitment to Protecting Personal Information

We have policies, procedures and controls for data security, and we train our employees on data security. If you need to update or correct your personal information, you may contact ReedGroup and we’ll take reasonable steps to correct personal information that is properly identified as incorrect. If ReedGroup is administering your leaves or other benefits, then in most cases, we rely on you and your employer to keep your personal information updated or you may access and update your personal information via our self-service websites or by calling our call center. Please understand that, in some circumstances, only your employer, and not ReedGroup, may have the authority to update or correct your personal information and in that case we’ll forward your request to your employer.

ReedGroup tracks content usage and traffic on this website by using “cookies,” a feature of your browser. A cookie is a very small text file that is placed on your hard disk or in your Internet browser. You’re responsible for reviewing any written confirmation statements provided to you (on paper or in electronic form) regarding any instructions, choices, acknowledgment, consents, or requests that you make or provide through the LeavePro website. You’re also responsible for reviewing for inaccuracies all of the information transmitted to you. If there are inaccuracies, you’re responsible for correcting them using the tools available to you on the LeavePro website or by contacting ReedGroup to point them out.
